All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to all addresses within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 7 - 15 business days (FREE on orders over $90)

Express Shipping (if available): 3 - 7 business days
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs clearances.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order directly on our website or via the link provided in the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TheVibePet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and send us a photo at our support email.
